| Bio: | Patricia is Of Counsel at Moradi Saslaw Family Law Lawyers in the San Francisco Bay Area and Orange County and handles cases throughout California. Her practice is focused on alternative dispute resolutions. She is a Collaborative Divorce attorney and mediator and a consulting attorney to clients in mediation. She has wide ranging experience on all areas of family law, including prenuptial agreements, paternity actions, divorces, child custody & visitation, child and spousal support and property division. Patricia is the President Elect of Collaborative Practice California and President of Collaborative Divorce Solutions of Orange County. She is also a member of various bar associations and collaborative practice groups throughout Southern California. In 2023, she won the Eureka Award for her significant contribution to collaborative law. Patricia believes in educating the public and providing her clients and the public the ability to be fully informed in the Divorce Process. She regularly publishes articles, creates educational videos, hosts workshops, and has written a book intended to educate people who have questions about Family Law. |
