| Bio: | Sharon Clark, Ph.D. offers compassionate counseling, assessment and coaching services to children, teens and adults who are experiencing a crisis or managing a transition in life. She provides assistance in understanding and coping with feelings and thinking through choices and opportunities in life. Dr. Clark helps individuals, couples and families as they improve communication and problem solving skills. Dr. Clark’s approach helps individuals practice new skills to reduce stress, improve relationships and manage moods. Dr. Clark has a wealth of experience as a parent and in helping parents understand and help their children develop into healthy and independent young adults with a positive sense of self and where they fit in the world. Dr. Clark has many years of experience working with families of divorce helping adults and children navigate and adjust to the transition of having two homes. |
