| Bio: | With 30 years of family law experience in Silicon Valley, Tanya has a fully out-of-court practice helping individuals and couples with their family law needs throughout the State of California. She works with couples and individuals when they are embarking on a new relationship with a premarital agreement or living together agreement; during the marriage with a marital agreement; and if the marriage ends in divorce. Tanya supports individuals and couples in their family transitions through mediation and collaborative processes, including process and strategy coaching. Tanya has been a Collaborative lawyer for over 25 years. Utilizing the Collaborative Divorce process, Tanya’s aim is to help her clients achieve their personal goals and transition to their next life chapter with dignity and with legal, emotional and financial support tailored to their unique needs and circumstances. Tanya has a long resume of leadership and academic pursuits in the family law community. She is the past-president of Collaborative Practice California (CP Cal), has run numerous mentoring groups for young lawyers through the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), and has co-authored and presented on numerous family law topics over her 30 year career. |
